IT Sales Consultant
Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Sales Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and communicating with clients about IT services. The role is located in Kuala Lumpur but offers flexibility for some remote work. IT Engineer
Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Engineer. The IT Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, technical support, network security, and networking. They will collaborate with the company's tech experts to provide excellent IT services to the clients. The engineer will spend most of their time working in the company but with some flexibility to work from home and to onsite services if needed. Qualifications Proficient in Troubleshooting, Information Technology, Technical Support and Network Security. Experience in Networking and Systems Security. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with the company's tech experts and clients. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or related certification is a plus. Experience in working with IT industry is preferable.
